Recently upgraded from windows 7 to windows 10.  2 weeks later did a backup with my C6 - it worked fine. Several days ago my laptop locked up and wouldn't re-start.  The only fix offered was to re-install windows 10, but I was unaware that 'apps removal' included other programs and software (which I didn't considered were 'apps').  I'm trying to do an 'EasyFix' to bring back my other software from my last backup, but when I plug in my C6 now nothing happens, doesn't load. I've been backing up multiple computers over at least the last 6 years on my C6, I need help.
